Ireland’s mild climate and rich soil create one of the most unique environments in the world for raising healthy, grass fed animals.
Cows here graze outside for most of the year, moving through fields that stay green even in winter. This slow, natural way of living produces tallow that is richer, softer and more nourishing than anything created in intensive farming systems.

Every week local farmers deliver fresh fat to our facility in Enniscorthy, in Ireland. Not frozen, not oxidised and never stored for months. Fresh, clean and full of natural nutrients.
